ADT Collaborates With Spanish University to Attract New TalentOn 31st March, our colleagues in Spain took part in a successful recruitment activity with one of the biggest universities in Madrid, Universidad Juan Carlos I. In line with our Diversity & Inclusion, the aim was to identify and attract talented individuals with international backgrounds, and especially female talent for the areas dominated by men. Despite the current economic downturn where talented new hires are harder to find in most industries, the response was very positive. In total, we received 45 CVs on the day from candidates with international and multicultural backgrounds, 51% of which were females. Most candidates came from Engineering, IT and Business Administration backgrounds. The event was a great opportunity for us to approach talented candidates and promote our company as a diverse and interesting place to work. Our Spanish team were very pleased with the outcome and are hoping to receive more CVs through our website.
