24-Hour Alarm Monitoring

When an alarm is activated, the ARC professionals will notify the relevant emergency services in the event of a fire, break-in or personal attack.  Building managers or other required personnel are also notified to ensure that the premises are secure after an incident and to ensure that action is taken in the event of a potentially damaging power cut.

Intruder Monitoring

Simply detecting intrusion is often not enough.  Help must be summoned without delay. A monitored alarm - connected to a 24-hour monitoring service is the answer. Traditional bell-only alarms may alert staff, but outside business hours they offer little protection. Police forces may not respond to a ringing bell unless there is evidence of an offence in progress.

Fire Monitoring

ADT’s fire monitoring services saves lives by enabling fast alerts for the emergency services. As soon as signs of fire are detected a signal is transmitted to the ADT ARC and the local fire service is alerted.

CCTV Monitoring

A remotely monitored CCTV and Site Management System can not only detect an activation, but our highly skilled and trained ARC professionals are able to differentiate between false and real activations and act accordingly.

When intelligently linked with remote monitoring, CCTV can also help to prevent crime, with our full audio facilities enabling our analysts to give warnings to potential attackers or assistance to staff, customers and other visitors to the site.

In addition to detector activated CCTV monitoring, ADT's ARC can also offer a number of building management and bespoke services to our customers. By remotely controlling gates and access barriers via the CCTV transmission equipment, the need to have a manned security guard can be eliminated.
